The Abbey Inn & Suites has its own way of dealing with uncomfortable guests – Katrina Arthur had to experience this with her husband when they spent a night at the hotel. According to them, the hotel room was so dirty that eventually they had to clean it themselves, after the front desk did not respond to the evidence of hair in bed and clogged drains. Clear that the couple put the next day a very critical rating of the hotel on the net. Perhaps they would not have done so – because the operators have housed in the house rules (the Katrina at check-in signed) a very vicious clause to negative online feedback.
