Mallorca, the Germans favorite island – frowned upon by those who were never there, loved by the others. Because the latter know what holidays in Mallorca means: beautiful fincas in a great location, walks with sea views, pretty towns and – yes – many lonely beaches and bays. Here are some ideas and insider tips for your next trip to Majorca!

No one can get around Palma, the capital of the island, with its charming old town, as all sun-seeking tourists come here for a pleasant, manageable journey. And even if you do not feel like exploring the city right after the flight, it’s definitely worth planning a trip to Palma.

Our special shows where Mallorca is particularly beautiful, which villages in the interior are worth seeing, and where the chefs are the most creative. And you will learn what the Mallorcans are doing to make the island even more endearing than it already is. In the Tramuntana Mountains in the northwest of the island you can wonderful hiking, swimming around Mallorca on beautiful beaches (“Platja”) and picnic and enjoy the sweet, quiet finca life in the country. And even if the northeast of the island around the town of Artà is still almost an insider tip, it is also beautiful.
